Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and faster processing
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Economy service with basic tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every ARANG piece you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Policy Details

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Footwear (unless defective)
  • Knitwear & Sweats that have been removed from their original packaging

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship your return to the address provided with your RAN (we recommend using a trackable shipping service)

Return Shipping Options

  • Standard Return: Use DHL or FedEx for faster processing (customer pays shipping)
  • Economy Return: Use EMS for more affordable rates (customer pays shipping)

Good to know: For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
  • If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead
