Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please note:

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on footwear (unless defective) or any knitwear & sweats that have been removed from their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship your return to the address provided with your RAN. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Options

You may choose your preferred shipping method to return items:

  • Standard Return: Use DHL or FedEx for faster processing (customer pays shipping)
  • Economy Return: Use EMS for more affordable rates (customer pays shipping)

Note: For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time

Exchange Process

For exchanges:
